Common questions from operators we've talked with already.

Are you a tour operator or a tech platform?

Both. NordicRoam OS is the host-management software our partners use; the trade portal is the contracted-inventory layer for international wholesalers. We never sell direct to end consumers in your market.

Do you take a commission on top of net rates?

No. Our hosts pay us a SaaS subscription. Your contract is a net rate — what you see is what you pay. Commission-free.

How do you handle FIT vs group?

Trade Pro gives you self-serve access to inventory + group-inquiry tooling for groups of 6–30. FIT is supported via the same API but without the dedicated AM. Trade Partner adds custom contracted rates and a dedicated AM (async — email/Loom).

What's your cancellation policy?

Standard: free cancel 60 days out, 50% inside 30 days, 100% inside 7 days. Negotiable for high-volume Trade Partner contracts.

Do you offer year-round inventory?

Yes — winter (aurora, ski touring, dog sled), spring (skiing + early aurora), summer (midnight sun, hiking, kayak, fishing), autumn (storm-watching, last aurora). Seasonal lead times listed on the brochure.

What languages do you operate in?

Hosts speak Norwegian + English. Guest-facing materials translated into German, French, Norwegian + English. Japanese and Korean planned for 2027.
