Caught fresh from a Senja stream, cooked over coals. The classic Norwegian friluftsliv meal.

Ingredients
- 2 small char (300g each)
- Lemon
- Butter
- Dill
- Salt
- Heavy aluminum foil
Steps
- Gut and rinse fish
- Salt cavity
- Stuff with lemon, butter, dill
- Wrap tight in two layers of foil
- Place on coals 12 min, flip once
🏕 Tent tip
Use medium-orange coals, not white-hot ones. Char skin should crisp without scorching.
